only 36 inch fireplace we found, fits in very well with other furniture. Very well finished, remarkably easy to assemble. Remember to read instruction for the heat element before attaching to frame. Only criticism we had was the colour matching touchup was dry and of no use.

Love this fireplace. we looked around at alot at big name stores but they all looked cheap, and they all seemed to be made out of cheap laminate that was peeling on the edges and corners. also the flames looked very fake. For the same price we got our Dimplex, and we are so pleased. We thought we were taking a chance because we didnt see it in person but when we got it, it was even better than we expected. It was so easy to put together, it took no more than fifteen minutes. The woodwork has a real quality look and is in perfect shape, flame looks great, the heat keeps us toasty and it runs silent. This was the best money we've spent in a long time. Our apartment is now turned into a cozy, warm and elegant home. Now we leave the gas heater off and just use the fireplace when needed. Cant say enough about this. Its great.

I just got it yesterday and it was really easy to put mantel together even thougth i have little problem putting the glass on the insert. I'm really happy with the flame, it was exactly what I was looking for, very realistic. I love it. Just waiting for winter to enjoy it every day. I particulary dont like to buy on line, but it was a good choice.

We love the decorative look! The wood matches our room perfectly. It was a little troublesome to put together, but not terrible. The flame is nice. The heat is what we expected. The only disappointment was the remote control. We were expecting it to be able to do more than just the basic on and off. For example change the heat setting, etc.

At [$] we thought this was a good price for a quality product - we saw an electric fireplace on clearance shortly after we bought this one and the flame was not as pretty and realistic as this one. Overall was very simple to assemble, we did have a problem with the holes being too small for the screws on the brackets, glass insert was a little tricky but overall a very easy experience. I must also say that the packaging was impressive, loads of protection. We have set it up in our living room for zone heat in the wintertime, this is why I have only given 4 stars as we have not used the heat setting, we are using the flame only - which is a great feature. We love this fireplace it has added a great deal of charm to our home. Would buy from these guys again. Will try to remember to update this review when we have used it for heating.
