Twin-Star International, Inc., hereinafter referred to collectively as the (Company ), warrants that your new ClassicFlame Electric Fireplace is free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of one year from date of purchase, subject to the following conditions and limitations.
This electric fireplace must be installed and operated at all times in accordance with the installation and operating instructions furnished with the product. Any unauthorized repair, alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product shall nullify this warranty.
This warranty is non-transferable, and is made to the original owner, provided that the purchase was made through an authorized supplier of the company.
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of part(s) found to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that such part(s) have been subjected to normal conditions of use and service, after said defect is confirmed by the Company's inspection.
This warranty does not cover the light bulb(s) included with the ClassicFlame Electric Fireplace.
The Company may, at its discretion, fully discharge all obligations with respects to this warranty by refunding the wholesale price of the defective part(s).
Any installation, labor, construction, transportation, or other related costs/expenses arising from defective part(s), repair, replacement, or otherwise of same, will not be covered by this warranty, nor shall the Company assume responsibility for same.
The owner/user assumes all other risks, if any, including the risk of any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use, or inability to use the product, except as provided by law.
All other warranties - expressed of implied - with respect to the product, its components and accessories, or any obligations/liabilities on the part of the Company are hereby expressly excluded.
The Company neither assumes, nor authorizes any third party to assume, on its behalf, any other liabilities with respect to the sale of the ClassicFlame product.
The warranties as outlined within this document do not apply to non ClassicFlame accessories used in conjunction with the installation of this product.
This warranty is void if:
a. The fireplace is subjected to prolonged periods of dampness or condensation.
b. Any unauthorized repair alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product.
c. You do not have the original receipt of purchase.

I bought this for our bedroom & it matches perfectly with our bed! It came very well packaged. I don't know how anyone could have damaged it unless they dropped it off a cliff. I actually put it together & I am a 60 yr old woman with a bad back. I just took my time & my grandson did the heavy lifting. I wasn't expecting a truly realistic flame as we have had electric inserts previously. This puts out a lot of heat for our fairly large bedroom. I did a lot of research before buying this one and am very glad I did. It was well worth it.

I waited for three days before I could get to setting up the fireplace. When I got home from work, my wife almost had it assembled. We finished putting it together in about 1/2 hour. We turned it on and we were immediately pleased. What a great product. It is currently heating a 20 x 10 family room. We used the corner unit concept and placed a new slim 42" TV on top. Fits and works, what more can I say.

We do not usually buy on line, however, we took a chance and glad we did. This Unit is both attractive and functional. Delivery in New Brunswick left something to be desired but overall it was worth the wait. We would gladly recommend this fireplace to anyone that asked. Many nice comments from Family and Friends. This Unit is used mostly for decoration although the Fireplace adds to the atmosphere on cold snowy initimate evenings. Assembly should have two people. Took us about 1 hour. Unit was very well packed and arrived in good shape. All in all we are most satisfied with this Unit.

We were able to assemble the fireplace over this past weekend and it is beautiful! A screwdriver is all you need! It went together beautifully....I wish all assembly was that easy. Too much for one person to assemble by themselves (because this piece has some size and weight to it) but nobody wants a flimsy piece of furniture, do they!? It was packaged nice and tight so everything arrived in one piece and nothing was scratched, plus I don't know that I have ever ordered an item that had to travel this distance and arrive that fast! WOW And you even included a marker, in case there was any minor little touch up needed, which there wasn't, but it was very considerate nevertheless.
We bought this for my mom, whom is 87 years young and lives at an Assisted Living facility in the northern region of Minnesota. We bought this and a new 42" flat screen TV to go on top of this fireplace, as her early Christmas gift. Mom said "Who needs a TV when you have this beautiful fireplace to watch!" Both of my brothers even said it was beautiful. We set the thermostat at 72 degrees since that is what she usually has her heater set on in the apartment and she called me last eve and asked if we could lower the temp setting because she was roasting! How awesome is that!! She invited her neighbor ladies over to have coffee and watch the fireplace. She said they just sat and watched the flames flicker...how special.

We have an open basement that stays slightly cooler than the rest of the house which also happens to be our family/home theater. The addition of the fireplace greatly enhances the ambiance of the room as well as providing additional heating to take the chill off on colder days.
The unit came in two boxes, the mantle box was very heavy and I would recommend a dolly or two people to move it. The fireplace box was manageable by itself. The mantle came well packaged and after inspection only had one small ding which was easily corrected using the provided touch up marker. Construction was simple and it went together in less than 45 minutes. The unit is all solid wood with no plastic hardware and is very sturdy once assembled.

Delivery was very quick and you can't beat free shipping.Very nice looking. The flames are so realistic that The fire department was here once already. Assembly instructions could be better. I found it much easier to assemble the unit lying flat on my carpeted floor so it didn't get scratched. Would not be a good heat source for a large room. Get an infared one if you want that.
