We are using this fireplace in a game room that is 400 sq ft. There is little to no fabric in the room, tile floor and cathedral ceilings, so the room has always been chilly. This stove fits nicely under the double hung-windows, is attractive and really takes the chill off the room. I like the air purifier being built in as well. I am sure I could find a space for another one!
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was quick, within a few days of the order they called to schedule the delivery. The date was entered wrong and they attempted delivery a day early. Customer service was very helpful and made certain the driver would re-deliver the next day. It was a little disappointing that the driver wouldn't enter the house, I got him to put it inside the doorway to the mud room through the garage and he wouldn't go another inch.

This is the second Dimplex fireplace i have bought and they are the best not only very attractive to look at but the heat source is awesome. Takes the chill of the room when cold.I get some many comments on the both of them. I love decorating them for the Holidays.I am still looking to buy another one someday. Highly recommended

We love this electric "fire burning" stove. We plan to get another for our sun room to use during the winter as well as one for our bedroom. The flame looks real and it heats our entire living room. We can still use it in the summer because you can turn the heat off and just enjoy the flame. It come with a remote control. We will only buy Dimplex products!

I am satisfied with this antique look product. It looks good in my living room. It also helps warming up in the room with ceiling fan running. Also I enjoy watch flame and burning woods in dark room at nights. They looks so real that sometime fool visitors. One of visitors wanted to buy it for one dollar (he was joking).

My wife is the one who wanted this and truth be told, she had to sell me on it. But once we had it here, it has done its job better than expected. It is easy to use, very nice to look at, and we even ordered a second one in off-white. One supplies the only heat to a 15X15 room and the other supplementally heats a 14X21 room. But both allow us to use less oil for the furnace and our electic bill has seen only a minimal increase. I do not regret buying it and yes I will admit it...my wife was right and we should have bought these sooner.
