We purchased this fireplace for our family room in the basement. The remarkable thing was that the medium oak color is a richer color (darker) than pictured. It matches our bar and mirror perfectly which we purchased separately. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend. The quality is definitely high end. Love it!

The delivery was prompt and the driver brought the box into the garage for me. Product arrived in excellent condition, and I didn't need to call customer service at all for assistance.

I bought this fireplace to put in my home office and to add warmth to a colder lower level basement area. I was first amazed by the speed in which I received the order. I ordered late on a Sunday night and had it delivered to my door by the middle of the afternoon that Tuesday. It was so easy to assemble that my 15 year old daughter and I did it. Its a very quality piece, has a very nice look to it and although it's mid-summer and I've only really used the heater once, seems to put out a nice amount of heat. I like the adjustable thermostat and LOVE that I can just use the flame and such and not the heat for a nice visual aspect to the office. I am more than pleased with the product and the company!
