Breathtaking appearance. Was extremely easy to set up, no missing parts or broken pieces. Was impressed by the way it was packaged in the shipping boxes. Less than an hour to put together, even though it didn't have written instructions. Can't see or say anything negative about the product. Well made and happy with the product. With the ability to slide out the fire box, will have a different console look during warmer times.

I asked the complex handyman to do it. He took 2 hours to assemble it but this included time to make 8 pegs which were missing. He said it was well made and I love how it looks. Have some people to help when it is delivered. I could not have got it in the apartment if it were not for a wonderful deliveryman! I am so glad I bought it.

We use this as a media stand and for ambiance and supplemental heating. Works perfectly for all of our uses. Very attractive. Other reviews indicated that it took a long time to put together. If you have any experience in putting things together, it was very easy to put together. Not one problem, not one missing part. We are more than satisfied.

I bought this piece to primarily use as a console for my new 55" flatscreen TV. My TV looks fabulous on it, but smaller would also work great too. I assembled the fireplace myself since there was very little to do to get it working. You mostly just have to plug it in. However, I had handyman assemble the console (I'm a woman who is not that handy). I was extremely pleased and this piece has truly surpassed my expectations in terms of the quality of the wood & glass and the very realistic appearance of the fire. I selected it online without actually seeing it first, and am thrilled I purchased this! My only complaint is that the glassed-in shelves are too narrow to hold media devises such as TV receivers and & DVR recorders. I had to place them on top (under the raised glass top). It does not take away from the beauty of the console,though, in any way. I highly recommend this product. It will add functionality and elegance to any room.

Everything is wonderful except that it could be more quiet. When your TV is playing you can't hear it. When you're sitting and it's quiet in the room you could hear the fan.

The picture does not do it justice. Looks like a high end piece. Easy to set up. All the pieces were included and packed very well. Our 46" HD tv looks very good on it.
