Everything about this unit is wonderful. The blower unit was not working properly in the store but I wanted it that day so I brought it home and in 1 week the service men were there to replace the blower at no cost to me. It was covered under the warranty. The service men were very nice and they had a blanket to lay in front of the fireplace making sure they didn't get the carpet dirty and removed their shoes before coming in. People think it is a real wood burning fireplace. I use it just to relax and watch the flame. It is so inviting. I am thinking of buying the log insert to put in my existing fireplace down stairs in the den. Love it, love it!

Very disappointed. The first one came in february. When I assembled it it was damaged on the side panel and the front didn't line up. the rep. came 6 weeks later with a new one. we waited for him he was 2 hrs late. He assemble it while we were gone. When I examined it later it was also damaged and the top was not put together properly. They then sent another one to us 5 weeks later and it had wholes in the front panels all the way around the fire places. They didn't even unload it off the truck. Now it is the middle of june and we still don't have a replacement. I just called them and found out I should look at a different model. They didn't contact me I had to contact them. NO FOLLOW UP!!! Another 3 weeks.
