This product was easy to put together but took longer than the hour stated in the brochure. The glass door fronts are beveled so they add to the furniture design. There was one piece that was larger than it was supposed to be so I called the manufacturer & they sent me a replacement right away. The box and contents came to me undamaged and was well packaged. It works great!

I love my fireplace. It is a great source for supplement heat. Beautiful cherry finish. I like the extra touches like the lights inside the cabinet and the remote to operate the fireplace

Easy transaction, fast shipping, showed up on time, packed well. Easy to set up, but it does take more than an hour, I would plan on 2. Heavy and solid when put together, Love using the flame fire with the air conditioner on. Used the heater for only a minute, just to see that it worked. Makes the room look high end, we love it, thanks

Love the look of the fireplace. Built very well. Disappointed about not being able to raise or lower the temperature on the remote. The fan is loud when running. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and how quickly it arrived.
