Dagan Industries, Inc. product is thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory. It is warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for two (2) years from date of original purchase. Should any trouble develop during this two year period, you must call the factory, which will at that time determine if you should send back the items for inspection ( do not return any merchandise without a R.G.A. Number). If inspection shows that it is a factory defect, then at our option we will repair or replace at no charge and freight prepaid.

In no event shall Dagan Industries, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages for the sale or use of the product. This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
