We bought this for the bedroom at our lake house. Really liked that it could be mounted between two studs and not take up any floor space. It's different, no logs, etc., but that is what we like about it. Looks more like art on the wall than a fireplace.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was fast and it arrived in good condition. The only drawback was having to be present for delivery, which would have meant my taking off work since the trucking company only delivered 8am to 5pm. So I made arrangements to pick it up myself instead, which was not a difficulty since we have a truck and the fireplace was not extremely heavy or bulky.
