Twin-Star International, Inc., hereinafter referred to collectively as the (Company ), warrants that your new ClassicFlame Electric Fireplace is free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of three years from date of purchase, subject to the following conditions and limitations.
This electric fireplace must be installed and operated at all times in accordance with the installation and operating instructions furnished with the product. Any unauthorized repair, alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product shall nullify this warranty.
This warranty is non-transferable, and is made to the original owner, provided that the purchase was made through an authorized supplier of the company.
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of part(s) found to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that such part(s) have been subjected to normal conditions of use and service, after said defect is confirmed by the Company's inspection.
This warranty does not cover the light bulb(s) included with the ClassicFlame Electric Fireplace.
The Company may, at its discretion, fully discharge all obligations with respects to this warranty by refunding the wholesale price of the defective part(s).
Any installation, labor, construction, transportation, or other related costs/expenses arising from defective part(s), repair, replacement, or otherwise of same, will not be covered by this warranty, nor shall the Company assume responsibility for same.
The owner/user assumes all other risks, if any, including the risk of any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use, or inability to use the product, except as provided by law.
All other warranties - expressed of implied - with respect to the product, its components and accessories, or any obligations/liabilities on the part of the Company are hereby expressly excluded.
The Company neither assumes, nor authorizes any third party to assume, on its behalf, any other liabilities with respect to the sale of the ClassicFlame product.
The warranties as outlined within this document do not apply to non ClassicFlame accessories used in conjunction with the installation of this product.
This warranty is void if:
a. The fireplace is subjected to prolonged periods of dampness or condensation.
b. Any unauthorized repair alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product.
c. You do not have the original receipt of purchase.

I researched these fireplaces for months before buying this one. I felt this was the best one for the money and it is loaded with features.[...]comes with the remote control. When you shop around you will find most will charge extra extra for both of those things that are encluded with this one.[...] When I opened it up out of the box.. WOW what a nice fireplace!!! The picture doesnt do it justice. Nice wood cabinet!!! It comes all put together, just roll it out and plug it in. The flames and embers look so real! You wonder how they do it. I read some reviews make comment about the noise of the blower?? Its very little noise when its on. I like the sound, its a nice quiet blowing sound that puts me to sleep and reminds me of the sound machines you buy. I find I miss it when its not on. I love the on screen display of the tempature. So nice to set the tempature and it takes care of it from there. So many of the others had a dial to adjust or just had a high and low. I liked this one because you could actualy set the temp for what you wanted. It has 5 different settings for the flame brightness. If you have the heat on but dont want the flames then you can turn the flames off. The embers stay on and make a nice little night light :) It has a timer that will set for as long as up to 9 hours and then turn its self off. It has a large fire box of 23". So many only have an 18" fire box that makes a big difference too. So all in all, if you really do your shopping around and compare, Its very hard to find another one for this price that will compare with all the features and quality you get in this fireplace! I give it 5 stars plus!!!

I love my fireplace. I keep two 2-year-old boys, and it is safe for them. I can decorate the top. I can roll it to the back room in the summer. I can reduce my heating bill. It is beautiful and makes us feel warm and cozy on cold days! It arrived at my doorstep in 3 days! It was very easy to set up and start enjoying right away. My main source of heat is central air that gets too cold before it comes on and too hot before it turns off and really dries out the air. This heater gives constant warmth where we spend most of our time, and we love having a fireplace to stand and sit in front of. I filled out the warranty online according to the enclosed instructions.

It is more compact than I expected. Very easy to move around and throws a decent heat. It is not very noisy with the fan running and the flames are quite realistic. It sure helps to keep our downstairs warm and cozy.
