Twin-Star International, Inc., hereinafter referred to collectively as the (Company ), warrants that your new ClassicFlame Electric Fireplace is free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of one year from date of purchase, subject to the following conditions and limitations.
This electric fireplace must be installed and operated at all times in accordance with the installation and operating instructions furnished with the product. Any unauthorized repair, alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product shall nullify this warranty.
This warranty is non-transferable, and is made to the original owner, provided that the purchase was made through an authorized supplier of the company.
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of part(s) found to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that such part(s) have been subjected to normal conditions of use and service, after said defect is confirmed by the Company's inspection.
This warranty does not cover the light bulb(s) included with the ClassicFlame Electric Fireplace.
The Company may, at its discretion, fully discharge all obligations with respects to this warranty by refunding the wholesale price of the defective part(s).
Any installation, labor, construction, transportation, or other related costs/expenses arising from defective part(s), repair, replacement, or otherwise of same, will not be covered by this warranty, nor shall the Company assume responsibility for same.
The owner/user assumes all other risks, if any, including the risk of any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use, or inability to use the product, except as provided by law.
All other warranties - expressed of implied - with respect to the product, its components and accessories, or any obligations/liabilities on the part of the Company are hereby expressly excluded.
The Company neither assumes, nor authorizes any third party to assume, on its behalf, any other liabilities with respect to the sale of the ClassicFlame product.
The warranties as outlined within this document do not apply to non ClassicFlame accessories used in conjunction with the installation of this product.
This warranty is void if:
a. The fireplace is subjected to prolonged periods of dampness or condensation.
b. Any unauthorized repair alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product.
c. You do not have the original receipt of purchase.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture and the focal point of our living room. It has plenty of room for DVR, DVD, connection box, remotes and the cabinets can hold my favorite DVD's. I especially like the interchangeable cabinet doors; and the adjustable realistic flame. We were glad that several friends were on hand to help put it together. It would have been too heavy for me alone to get in the house and assemble.

We have this piece in our Master Bdrm. and it looks great! It is very nice to have the built in electric fireplace and very cool! The remote is the way to go making it easy to control from the bed or you can set the timer, which I do most nights. We have been using ours now for about 2 months. It does help to warm the room. We have a large bedroom and it helps, but I leave the thermostat at the normal setting that I always have or maybe a little lower now. It adds a nice sense of ambience to the room. The construction is very good and sturdy. It looks great in the room. Another thing I liked is that you still have some storage on both sides of the fireplace, which is nice. Plenty of room for electronics in the provided area.[...] It was a little bit of a hassle to put together, but worth it. The first two pieces that you put on the base were marked wrong on ours and we got them reversed, but quickly figured it out and swithed it. After that it went smooth.I would recommend this to anyone needing a nice wood TV stand and the fireplace is a bonus!!

I researched the electric fireplace in just about every site I could find, and even shopped my local big box stores that carry similar products. Altho I paid more than I wanted to, once I received my fireplace, it was absolutely worth it. In this case, you get what you pay for.
It is a beautiful piece of furniture and heats my downstairs living room perfectly and the fan is very quiet. I love it and would buy another.
It took about 2 hours to put together, but that is because my brother is a perfectionist. All the parts, nuts & washer were in the package and the directions were easy to follow if you know the alphabet. I love it , love it, love it.

This was a purchase for the living rm. One of the best purchases we have made. The wood is very heavy and excellent quality. The reason we purchased this partiicular product was the size of the fireplace and the 10 yr warrenty. Love the fact that it looks so real, but is only a heater. Great for families with small children as the flames are not real and cool to the touch. If I was to purchase another, this is the one web site I would go to. Spent a few months looking and I am glad I found Fire Place direct. Would highly recommend this!

Very beautiful and functional fireplace. It makes a big difference to the temperature of the room in a short time. This is a big guy - it wouldn't work in a small room as it takes up a lot of space, but it is perfect for me in both my master bedroom and family room. The only drawback is that it makes my tv look small and guests keep hinting I need a new one...
