I shopped for months before making my purchase. I got excellent sales help from Andy who knew the products and was able to help me narrow down the search. The product arrived as scheduled and in perfect condition, really well packed. The fireplace is beautiful, even better looking than the pictures. The finish on the wood is beautiful like high end furniture not cheap like some of the fireplaces I saw in hardware stores. It took my husband about and hour and a half to install. The flame is so pretty and realistic and the heater is high powered and effecient when in use.
All in all I love my fireplace and would buy it again and use Fireplaces Direct.

The fireplace that we received had noticeably darker finish than what was shown on the website however it still worked out with our decor. It only took app. 45 min to put together with one person. This fireplace is very quiet and it gives our livingroom a nice warm comfy atmosphere. Very happy with the results.

Gorgeous fireplace! Easy to set up, husband set it up in less than a hour. Flame is adjustable and love the timer on it, so you don't have to remember to turn it off. I always wanted a fireplace but did not have an outside wall to install gas. It is a great addition to my living room and finally I can enjoy a beautiful fire at will. Heater works great too!
