I ordered it on a Sunday (online) and received delivery the following Friday. It came in 3 packages and was easily moved into the house with a small dolly. Although a 75 year old retiree,I was able to install the Center in 4 hours. The center exceeded our expectations on all counts. This is a BEAUTIFUL fireplace/console. Very well made and the fireplace is amazing. Love the remote control. We are using it to hold our 55" TV, and it looks great. Heats well too. Easy to assemble...I'm a female in my 60's and I assembled it all by myself. Great company to purchase from too. I highly recommend this fireplace!

It looks awesome. Better than in the photos from the website. Effect is very realistic. My guests can't believe it's electric. Assembly took quite a while and it is really heavy (think about inside delivery). Printed manual is of quite poor quality for the product price range but the product itself it has high quality craftsmanship. I found the website to be confusing giving description of the fireplace itself. This particular model has fire logs while GFP-500-B has glass pieces but it's $200 more. I highly recommend getting it. Worth the money. Also have at least 2 person team to carry in and assemble it. Enjoy. I am!

Fireplaces are known for providing a warm and cozy atmosphere in whatever room they are located. Being a Florida native, it's simply not needed in this warm climate. I've been very close to buying other traditional looking mantels, but my modern decor didn't allow for it... Until now. This piece is beautifully sleek & stylish. A real awe inspiring piece of furniture. Solid, sturdy& well built. Does NOT look cheap. It's worth every penny. Super realistic flames & slow flickering logs. Even the remote control looks stylish. WARNING, this piece is not photogenic! It looks 100 x better in person. I saw it first online & liked it but thought is was too expensive UNTIL I saw it in person at a fireplace store here in Miami and I was speechless. [...] Pictures really don't do it justice. Great service from this online store. P.S came in 3 big boxes. Easy instructions, husband put it together in 2.5 hours (with help from a friend).
