Where do I start? We needed something to finish off the "Northwoods" look and this did it!! So easy to put together. One hour and we were enjoying our new electric fireplace. Looks and "feels" great. So realistic!! It will be fun to decorate for any holiday. Absolutely LOVE it! When you can't have the real thing this is your best solution.

We were looking for an electric fireplace to go with our new hardwood floors. The Fieldstone Rustic was just right, compliments the family room perfectly. [...] within an hour I had it together and working. Keep in mind the heat and fan produce only so much, if you're looking for something to really warm up a room - get a real fireplace or pellet stove. I've had both; this one looks real and is maintenance free, plus you can move it to another location!

I ordered the Dimplex Fieldstone Rustic Electric Fireplace Mantel Package with the 26" firebox..[...] I was able to take the pieces out one by one, and had it put together before my husband came home from work.. very easy to do.I love the looks of it,,, it looks like real rock, and I love the wood mantel. It looks better put together than it does even in the picture. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a fireplace..If I ever buy another one I will definitely buy here again..It puts out a lot of heat and the flames look just like real fire. Couldn't be more satisfied.. I love it......Thank you

The Dimplex Fieldstone Fireplace was my husband's gift to me for our fifteenth anniversary! As part of the gift, my husband was remodeling our bedroom to reflect the cabin/lodge feeling we've lacked thus far. This absolutely brought the whole project together and now this fireplace is my FAVORITE possesion! My husband had it set up before I came home and even though I had been part of the purchasing process and was already privy to the stock photos, the sight of this fireplace absolutely BLEW me and my kids away! It looks VERY realistic and the mantle & stones were even more rustic than hoped for. It truly set the mood for my entire master bedroom. As an added bonus it also keeps the room toasty warm without additional direct heating.Which is really nice since our home is heated by our Heartstone Bennington Woodstove which is in the center of Our home and doesn't quite do the job of heating one side of our home. Our bedroom has always been cold and we've survived with space heaters and snuggly down comforters up until now. This fireplace has been perfect in keeping our bedroom warm. The only downside to this unit as far as I have thus experienced in the week since it was delivered, is the level of direct heat it puts off when you stand next to the blower. Although I am more than satisfied with the Fieldstone's heating ability overall, I wish the stove gave off more radiant heat simialr to a real fireplace or woodstove. I just like standing by my real woodstove and warming myself on fridgid days, and the heat when standing next to this fireplace feels lukewarm, but not hot, at best! The only other thing that could be improved upon would be if the manufacture added crackling sound effects of a real fire just to add to the already very realistic flames. Overall I am one VERY happy customer and will be ordering more DIMPLEX products in the future!

The del. company came as promised and the del person was friendly, polite and extremely careful when unloading our merchadise. My husband and I were VERY impressed!
