I expected the glass to be a darker black, but it still looks good. Also, idk if they normally don't come without the decorative logs but it doesn't and I was a little disappointed. It looks really nice though, the heat is great, it's quiet, and the flame looks really realistic. All and all, a good buy!

i have it in my den where it has always been a little chilly,and it warms entire room up!i love the chrystals with the flame and that i can sit back and put it on with the remote.there isnt anything i dont like about.!

I looked FOREVER for a media center that suited my style. This one was perfect! The added touch of the beautiful glass ember fireplace was just what I needed to make my media center look perfect. This product looks MUCH better in person than in pictures on line. It is beautiful and easy to set up. The only con I have about dealing with this seller is the claims they make about product delivery. It claims the driver has to wait till you inspect the product. This is definitely NOT true! I was pleased that it was well wrapped that there wasnt any defects since the driver claimed he did NOT have to wait till I inspected. Other than that, I would definitely say this product is a winner!

I am completely satisfied with all aspects of this product. The delivery was quick. Setting up was fast and easy. Our 55' television fits perfectly and the fireplace with glass embers is absolutely beautiful, with the bonus of giving off heat! I would recommend this product to anyone.

Was looking for a standard looking firebox and mantel but was never happy with their dimensions. Gave up on the mantel idea and went for models that could fit under a large screen TV with space for electronics and other items. Surprised how well this unit fits and looks in my basement. Very relaxing and warm! Wish it was a bit longer and the firebox a bit higher but all in all, very happy with it.

I was so excited when we decided to make this purchase! We actually just missed having a fireplace, and since we rent, this was the perfect solution! The shipping was incredibly fast. It only took 3 days from the date of purchase for it to arrive. The deliver driver was great also. He helped me move the package into the house, even though he didn't have to. There are only 2 things that I think could be better. First, the directions (I did read the other reviews before I decided to purchase this, and agree with their comments about the directions). For only having 6 pieces to assemble, the directions were so basic that it took longer than it should have to put together...the pictures were very hard to figure out and there were no written directions. A little bit of common sense can go a long way when you're assembling this. Second, it would be great if there was adjustable shelving. Other than that, this product is fantastic, looks great, and functions very well!

The Service and Delivery was great and very fast! The delivery driver was nice enough to help me bring the boxes into the house, and it only took 3 days for it to arrive!
