This fireplace is absolutely beautiful!!!! I saw something similar in a local furniture store, for $500 more! This one is absolutely gorgeous! I chose the glass version because I didn't like the logs and can't be happier. It was extremely easy to assemble and brings a nice warm touch to my living room. I don't know how it heats the room as of yet because the temp outside was near 70 today in NYC. I highly reccommend this fireplace! Shipping was longer than I expected, especially since they advertise 2 days to NY...however...I'm extremely happy with this purchase!!!!

It is a great product that combines a TV stand & decorative fireplace in a compact space. It was easy to assemble and looks great in my man cave.

I saw this product in a furniture store_the sales lady didn't know how to operate it and had no information or brochures. She also told me it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. I looked it up on line and was impressed with the short proposed delivery time. There was also a lot of information on the product including dimensions. I ordered it and saved $200 with free shipping. It arrived in good condition 5 days after I ordered it(on a Saturday). I would highly reccomend this company.

Just set this unit up and it is absolutely beautiful! Very classy looking. I'm just thrilled! The contemporary look with glass bits is just stunning. Very sturdy heavy contruction. Mocha finish is not as red as shown in the picture which is what I was hoping for. True to mocha colour. Holds my 46' panasonic perfectly with enough room for my reflecting speakers on each side. There is media storage underneath the tempered glass top. For the rest I have a matching media cabinet. Behind the tempered glass doors holds DVD's etc. Good heat output. Firebox can be hard wired into wall. Looks intimidating to set up but was extreamly user friendly. Took me 2 hours but I was going slow. [...] Hands down 5 stars.

This is a good looking unit that takes about 3hrs to assemble. Unpacking produces 4 large garbage bags of Styrofoam , but it arrived from China in perfect condition. My only surprise was the thermostat and heater. Setting the thermostat to 75F during the day resulted in a drop to 71F overnight and the temp stayed there during the evening and daylight hours. According to Dimplex, this is normal and to be expected from the 800W, 3000BTU heater unit. The unit is in a heated extension to the main house and most likely 71F is all we will require during the winter....lets hope so.
