Finished product is absolutely beautiful! The packaging of the parts was better than anything I have ever seen. Assembly is quit ease once you understand the picture direction. The directions are not well done and you have to do a lot of guessing sometimes as how it goes together. The drawings start off with the back of the unit facing you then without notice they are of the front, can be confusing! The electric fire box produces a realistic flame simulation, the heat output is not great.

We have a brick fireplace. The opening was made for our stove heater. It was warm, but I missed the beauty of the fire.Plus I was tired of the dirty wood and smoke. This fireplace fit right in front of the opening. It sits on the hearth. I was looking at the oak mantels, I was scared by the extra high price of this unit. But rest assured, this is the most magnificent addition you could ever get for your room. It is worth every penny.

A little pricey, but it is well worth the money. The beautiful conteporary design fits very nice in the room. The flame and logs are very realistic. A solid construction but very easy to assemble. The parts fitted perfectly. The multi function remote has backlight screen and it is very nice and easy to use.

Remote batteries were dead. Firebox flange too narrow for glass. Had to use prybar to enlarge and then repaint scratches on flange from prybar. Nevertheless, satisfied with product.
