The Asia Fire Pit Art series is a low close to the earth oriental design. It features a full view of the entire fire from any seating height or angle. Dramatic and modern with a touch of Asian design this classic, timeless design will enhance any setting. Artisan crafted fire screens with a wood loading hatch are available for most models (see accessories tab). This outdoor fire pit is safe to use on wood or composite decking with a one and one half inch thick stone base that should be approximately three feet square (see accessories tab).
Built to last, these large fire pits are made from ¼" thick solid carbon steel and can be left outside year-round and require no maintenance even in cold, harsh environments. The artist has applied iron oxide patina on the outside and the interiors are hand rolled with a dense high temperature resistant coating and have a one and one half inch diameter rain drain in the bottom. All designs are easily adapted to propane or natural gas. Each fire pit is hand crafted and individually numbered on a small brass plaque attached to the base ring, making them unique and a sure conversation piece to any outdoor space!
Spark Guard*: Handcrafted from heavy mesh and two inch wide steel bands it features a large hatch to load firewood without removing the artisan spark guard from the fire pit. 36" Diameter
