I have a nice fireplace, yet before i moved here, the furnace was vented out the chimney. So fireplace, never again to be used. This was a Great fix!!! For that. Clean, warm heat. that adds so much to a room.

I absolutely love my little fireplace! I have had it for about 6 years and it has served me well for many cozy evenings in my bedroom and now since I've moved to an Apt. It has found it's perfect spot in my livingroom. It is always a conversation piece when people come over. The ambiance of a fire always makes a home cozy!Great little Fireplace!

The stove looks so real and the flame affect is amazing. It is late spring here in PA so I didn't have the heat on for long. I already own another electric fireplace but this Dimplex looks so much more authentic. I fully expect to get a great deal of enjoyment out of this unit. The price was great [...]
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery was late and arrived at my house more than one hour past the defined time. I had to call customer service to track it down. The driver just put the package in my garage and made no attempt to put it in the house. The product was in good condition and customer service was very responsive and helpful. However their delivery provider did not provide good customer service.

I love this product. I moved to a new house that did not have a fireplace. I've never liked the look of electric fireplaces, but ordered this one. It is very realistic and reminds me of a nice gas fireplace. It provides a second source of heat to a large room. I've used it every day since receiving it.

Service and delivery was very quick. The package had been damaged in shipping and the remote missing. As soon as I contacted customer care, I received a new one within 2 days. This is a really great product and a great company.

I use my electric fireplace in my den and my bedroom. I am supplementing my heating, and trying to cut costs and this little electric stove packs a punch , even my French Bulldog loves to cozy up in her bed right in front of it. The flame is very realistic! I bought my house a year ago and it does not have a fireplace, so this really gives me the feeling of a real fire, which I was missing.

Delivery was prompt. It came with a little paint chipping off which I believe was the shipper's fault but they took care of the problem immediately and I had a new one w/in a few days and it is PERFECT !!! Thank you !
