5 Year Limited Warranty
All components are warranted for a period of 5 years (1 year on doors) after date of purchase by the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and weathering, assembly and/or maintenance OR use in a commercial application. At the Manufacturer's sole discretion, products under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge to the customer. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging.

Delivery was great, assembly was a breeze (30 min.) and had a small fire the first evening. After researching fireplaces all winter I kept coming back to the BBQ edition. I wanted a REAL fireplace a once and done model not something I would end up replacing. I'm very satisfied with our purchase and can't wait to "face" it just can't decide what stone to use! Was concerned about warmth projection but it heats our deck area nicely. Cant wait till winter ! Purchased a grate for ours just seemed like the right thing to do and have had some good sized fires and the draw is great. Thanks for a great product !

We LOVE our outdoor fireplace! After receiving the 1400 lb package, it felt a bit daunting. However, the fireplace was easily unpacked (a bit sore the next day) and each piece was labeled for easy construction. I had this put together (42 yr old female with 4 kids) in about an hour and a half (including unloading each piece). The most difficult part was adding the top angled piece (which I did with my husband's help). In the video they show 2 people at this portion, which is imperative. This piece would be extremely hard with only one person. We love that the fireplace is portable and re-facable. We are leaving it as is for now. We expect to buy a second one with 3 or 4 open sides for another area of our yard.

I had conducted a lot of research to find the right product. I did not want something that would require masonry work etc. I received the product on Friday in perfect condition. I assembled it myself in about 40 minutes, no problem and everything fit perfect. Hardest thing was unpacking it and moving the pieces from one side of the house to the other.

It tends to be windy on Cross Lake at tis time of the year, Feb. the fireplace extends our enjoyment of the lake by keeping is warm while enjoying the view. The ease of construction as well as the quickness are a wonderful surprise. The quality is excellent and allows for adornment of adhering stacked stone to enhance the fireplace. We are in the process of building a lake home and have our boat dock. We are thrilled with our fireplace and I so plan on adding stacked to match the house soon.

I was amazed at how simple it was to assemble and adding slate tile transformed it! It took 30 minutes to move the pieces from my driveway to the back patio, and 45 minutes to assemble! Everyone thinks I had this professionally built and installed. When I confess this was a kit that I assembled, my friends are amazed!

When the product was received, I quickly saw the lelvel of customer care and concern...someone had hand numbered the parts and gave personalized assembly instructions...it took my daughter and I about 30 minutes to put the fireplace together, start to finish. It looks awesome on te new deck, however most days have been over 100 degrees so we have yet to fire it up, but I cannot wait until we do!! recommend this product to anyone who wants a quatlity outdoor fireplace but does not want to pay the inflated prices that a brickmason will charge you. Thanks

Delivery right on time. The driver even wheeled the pallet directly into my garage where I inspected it and found no damage whatsoever. It survived the cross country trip from AZ to WI just fine.
