We love the firepit BUT since we received it we have not been able to put it to good use,actually... we have not even used it. The reason for this is RAIN RAIN and more RAIN!!!!!!!!! We have it on our deck ready and waiting to be used, my husband and I love the design and detail of the firepit and are excited to use it while we sit and enjoy our night once it quits raining on us. We have had a couple nights but then it was too hot and we have biting flies so we could not sit and other nights it is too windy to have a fire going so right now it is a nice deck decoration.

My husband and I had first purchased a gas firepit, but it was not warm at all. We returned that one, and bought this online. We just used it last night, and were not only amazed at how beautiful it is when it's in use, but at how warm it is. We much prefer wood heat anyway - reminds us of camping.....:-) We absolutely LOVE this firepit so far - hope it holds up well.
