As faux wood stoves go, this one is pretty awesome. (We do have another one--a different brand--in our family room, and it's not nearly as nice.) The flames/logs are about as realistic as you can get, and the exterior looks heavy and authentic. It's a pretty little stove. Very cheery. And it heats our bedroom, which is about 300 sq. ft., more than adequately, and has helped us to cut our gas bill this winter. A good value for the money.

The Stove is very attractive and realistic flame. Throws average heat. The wait for customer service was TERRIBLE! 1 hour and 20 minutes! Only to be told that my defective blower would be covered, but I'm on my own for installing it. Thought Warranty would be better.
