LIMITED WARRANTY
Betonfertigteilwerk Buschbeck GmbH, of Waldbrol, Germany, ("Buschbeck") warrants, to the original retail purchaser only, each new Buschbeck Bio Ethanol fireplace ("Product") for a period of one year against defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal use and proper installation.
This Limited Warranty will be administered by the official agent for Buschbeck in the United States: KFS Resources, LLC, of Charleston, South Carolina.
All claims under this Limited Warranty should be made by contacting KFS Resources and making advance arrangements to deliver photographs of the alleged defective Product or component(s) of Product to KFS Resources for inspection. At the sole discretion of KFS Resources, the Product or component(s) of the Product may be replaced, based on interpretation of the validity of the claim.
This Limited Warranty is subject to the terms and conditions as stated on the back of this form. This form, front and back, constitutes the entire warranty for the Product. Buschbeck makes no other warranty, expressed or implied.
The term "conditions of normal use and proper installation" on page one of this Limited Warranty refers to the following:
All Buschbeck Bio Ethanol Fireplaces must be positioned and operated exactly as outlined in the “OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS” furnished with each new fireplace. This includes the use of only pure bio ethanol fuel as outlined in the “OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS.” Only use fuel certified as pure, natural, liquid bio ethanol fuel manufactured from sustainable natural resources. Fuel must be certified as totally free from pollutants and approved for safe indoor use. Never use any other type of fuel or burn anything else whatsoever in your Buschbeck Bio Ethanol Fireplace. All claims made under this Limited Warranty must be accompanied by the original sales receipt clearly showing the date of purchase and the name of the authorized retail dealer from whom the Buschbeck Bio Ethanol Fireplace was purchased. All claims under this warranty must be made within one year of the date of purchase.
No warranty is made, expressed or implied, relating to handling, mishandling, transporting, installation, assembly, or disassembly and reassembly of the Buschbeck Bio Ethanol Fireplace and its individual components.
Under any circumstances whatsoever, the total liability of the manufacturer, Buschbeck, and of the agent, KFS Resources, LLC, combined, shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective Product, or component(s) of the Product, at the discretion of KFS Resources. This constitutes the entire warranty for the Product and the individual components of the Product. No other warranty exists, expressed or implied.
