The Avignon stone fireplace mantel surround is cast with durable
Hydrocal™ gypsum cement. The hard white finish of this
stone mantel may be painted or faux finished (as shown in photo).
Because this stone mantel is lightweight, preparation and installation
are much easier and much less costly than traditional solid stone
mantels. This mantel design is a classic European style. This
stone mantel has a 1” return that will allow for most facing
materials including granite, marble and ceramic tile. We have
a complete selection of that will coordinate with this fireplace mantel.
Special wall and floor reinforcement is not necessary for the of this stone mantel.
Opening Dimensions for this stone mantel surround are:
39” Wide x 40” Height (may be adjusted on site to
a minimum of 37”).
