The Franklin cast stone fireplace mantel surround offers affordability and modern styling. The Franklin is cast with a beautiful french limestone mantel material. Because the stone mantel is lightweight, preparation and installation are much easier and much less costly than traditional solid stone mantels. Special wall and floor reinforcement is not necessary for the of this stone mantel. The Franklin Cast Stone Mantel includes an optional hearth available in two sizes: 12" D x 68" L x 1.25" H and 20" D x 68" L x 1.25" H.

*Height Adjustment
Simply trim for height at the bottom of the left and right mantel legs. Any standard finish hand or power saw with fine teeth can be used for cutting the mantel legs.
**Column Width Adjustment
Simply position mantel legs from minimum 31" apart to maximum 37" apart, to accomodate fireplaces from 31" to 37" wide.
