Because the stone mantel is lightweight, preparation and installation are much easier and much less costly than traditional solid stone mantels. Special wall and floor reinforcement is not necessary for the of this stone mantel. The Monterey Cast Stone Mantel includes a riser panel and an optional hearth available in two sizes: (12" or 20" D x 68" L x 1.25" H). |

Optional Hearth Kit Description
The optional�hearth is designed to fit underneath the legs of the mantel. There are two hearth sizes; select either�12" x 68" or 20" x 68".
Height Adjustment
Simply trim for height at the bottom of the left and right mantel legs. Any standard finish hand or power saw with fine teeth can be used for cutting the mantel legs.
