was delivered by semi and could not get to my home. had to meet him and load it into my pickup and get it into my home by myself. this would not be so bad normaly but I am close to 70

Great addition to our family room. Fairly easy to set up. One thing I would suggest when sliding the fireplace in, put a towel down first and then set the fireplace on that and pull it towards the front--you won't scratch the wood this way. We have a fairly large family room and it is slow to notice the heating part of this unit. Would probably notice easier in smaller room.

This was well packed to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. It was an easy set up, too. It looks and feels great in our newly finished 1200 sq ft basement. It has been keeping us warm during this cold winter!

Very fast delivery, had this fireplace within 1 week of ordering. Shipping was perfect and the item is packed very well.Some tips I would give 1)After stalling I & J to bottom base, don't tighten too tightly until you install the middle base over top, because then you can move the sides as needed to line up the wood dowels to the middle base, after that is installed then tighten your L & M screws & washers. 2)When installing the fireplace, we placed a microfiber towel on the cabinet, put the fireplace in that space on the towel and then we pulled the towel from the front to bring the fireplace up--didn't have to worry about scratching or scuffing the wood. Definetly have a long screwdriver with a magnetic tip, this helps the most installing the brackets after fireplace is installed because it is a tight, narrow spot to get into. Also attach the doorknobs to the doors before installing. Enjoy!!

Delivery was quick (~1 week). It looks and feels high quality. Has some weight to it which is a positive to me from a quality standpoint. There is a fair amount of assembly but the instructions are really clear. Two of us did it in about 2 hrs. Much easier done as a team. The unit throws out decent heat and will take the chill off or even make toasty a 1000 sq ft room. My only minor complaint is that I wish the temperature setting could be controlled from the remote vs setting the thermostat on the firebox itself. Relatively minor since we keep it on 70F most of the time. Not able to comment on durability. If it holds up it will have been a great purchase decision.

heavy quality wood not cheap very nice looking still setting all of my units up coming along very well I have been checking around my area looking for that one cabinet that I wanted This is exactly what I wanted wide center shelf will all my units side doors for storage not to high and not to low Put it together myself [being a woman ]
